The overall objective of this research book is to understand the interactional dynamics between life plans and teaching work, taking into account self-care, the use of technology, family, relationships, ethics, finances, diversity, and environmental stewardship, as reflected in the contributions made by the Faculty Human Development Program to the faculty at the University of Pamplona. A qualitative, descriptive, and cross-sectional methodological approach is adopted, and semi structured interviews are used as the data collection technique, with a voluntary, purposive sample of professors, administrators, and teaching facilitators to triangulate the information. The main findings focus on the favorable and direct relationship between life plans and the teaching role at a public university.
